Our first trip to Belize was completely arranged by us, so we had to hire a dive operation upon arrival. I wasn't impressed with the dive master at the yacht club, so after walking around town, we selected J and R Tours, run by Justin Arana (J) and Rene ???? (R). They had a number of boys and young men who acted as boat crew and overall, J and R Tours was a positive experience.
